No driving down the mountain inebriated LOL Jill have copied the chicken recipe, it sounds lovely. Mary have you had any feed back yet on the house? I need to uncross my fingers, they are getting sore. Queens birthday holiday here also, but I spent all morning cleaning and washing. I have visitors for lunch tomorrow and the house was a disgrace. Laurie, how long are you staying up here? Glad you are enjoying it, but it's not not warm. Rebs, the dress should be fine for the wedding, I think. Tony, what a lovely message, glad to meet you. I live in Ipswich with Ron, husband and love of my life , and four dogs, oh and a son with who lives half his time with his g.friend and the other half with us, all soon to change as they are buying a house together. I have another d in UK due to come home for a friends wedding in Sept and then coming home for good next year or so she says. My middle girl lives close by and she has four children, she has had a bit of a rough trot, I have mentioned this once before so I won't go over it again, but she is doing very well now, so thats me and mine. Just out of interest for the new peeps who are new to this thread, and may be wondering why or what is a male doing chatting along with what appears to be all female group. Firstly.......I'm Australian, ( true blue born and bred Ozzie male ) I prefer to add to this thread than the outside general board ( for obvious reasons ) I do not discriminate between female and male. I see all as people, and good freinds. If someone has a go at me...i will respond, and expect the same treatment. If i say something that offends someone...then Email me...and i will delete it......no questions asked. I am self motivated, and use everything that moves to my advantage...and if it dosent move ......i push it. I am 57...( in 2 days ....:>))......widowed with 4 daughters ( between 33 and 28 ) and one other daughter....... They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it, it is real. But only for a season. LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant. Thank you for being a part of my life, whether you came for a reason, a season or a lifetime.

Morning. I'ts a cold day in Mullborn. Rained over night, and still drizzling. Just chest outside and its still rain..... All right you nut bags, I'm back in Sydney and have been reading all the inaccurate accounts of the BrisVegas meet. As you well know, I was perfectly well behaved, even though I did manage to end up in a straight jacket! PMSL! Terry's eyes have now returned to their sockets!!!! We had the bestest time and haven't laughed so much in a very long time. Pam is to be awarded the bravery award for turning up and meeting us after 3 weeks on the thread (what was that girl thinking!!!!!!!!) SuzyQ, how funny was that about Idle??? Good Morning Wattlers, Clear blue skies but cold today in the Gong. Yesterday was very cold and windy for my Grandy's party but they have a 4car gararge which space was cleared and the jumping castle was set up at the entrance to it, the children all20 or 30 of them had a wonderful time, the afternoon it cleared up and they were playing around the place. Tony I am going to get in early and wish you a Happy Birthday for Wed 14th, I am usually way behind with wishes so thought I would get in early while I thought about it.Not long now to your trip how many sleeps??? well washing to be done so will pop back later, Cheers Sandra in the Gong.
