Ah, yes Laurie, I diagnose houseworkitis! Very bad for the health. Take a bar of chocolate and a couple of Baileys and you'll be right, pmsl. Hi Tassie, it's now somewhat sunny and about 10. They reckon we're going to reach 14, but that ain't going to happen. Dr Lew xxx |

Hi Joods, thanks for the offer, no I was just interested in what indexes they might have, silly really when I have the Irish ones in Cooparo (can never spell that suburb right unless I look it up)and Ipswich has all the Scottish, for the English side Ancestry has been useful, I got a years sub for a Chrissie present. My sis is interested but not as much as me, so I just pass on to her all what I discover, thats okay, thanks again Jillx |

Morning Wattlers Well it is a lovely sunny day today, Frost this morninng and -2 at 8.00am but warming up a bit now. Was riding my bike looking out bedroom window at the frost on the front lawn thinking wonder what it would be like to go frost skating pmsl, grass was as white as white can be. Lew I should have tried the gloves while I was pegging washing on the line, probably would have pegged myself though lol. Vonny I will be about all weekend, as far as I know as we didnt win the big one on Saturday night, even with our own tickets :-(( I didnt get back on last night as girls hogged putas but I am glad I missed out on all the s**t that was flying about, even though it was on the other threads. I have my shovel ready too Rebs just let us know where and when and I'll start digging outta here. Well must go and try and edit a pic of a family wedding anniversary taken in 1914. I have the pic on a word doc and I am adding names with arrows to the people in the pic that have already been named. Will check in after. Cheers Sue |

Von, I have Vanessa & Pam's email addys if we loose the Wattle . . . Pam & Jill make sure you are in 'outsideGR' contact with one of us please - the way things are on the site we could end up with no Genral board hence no Wattle thread! Probably sound a bit paranoid - but I know what I would do if I managed the site! luv Laurie |

Morning!!! Only 5 more sleep left. Time to start the final details. Meeting at SOUTH BANK Station. Blackjacks opens for lunch at 11.30, so I suggest we meet around 11AM at the station. Plenty of time to dawdle (or teeter, for those in limo shoes) across at a leisurely pace. Haven't seen Donna on here for a while, so I'll mail her, as I'm sure she was planning on coming with Darren. Can everyone else please send pm (not email, they get lost in the pile) so I know exactly who is coming. I'd hate to leave anyone stranded at the station. Although the casino is clearly visible from across the river and only a five minute walk across the bridge if anyone does happen to get misplaced. Trifley Anna Lew and Terry Laurie Shazza and entourage. Suzy Donna and Dazz ? Am I missing anyone please ??? |

Morning Anna, we're leaving Mudgee on Wednesday afternoon, overnighting with Petee & Bank (so we get another yummy Thai meal) and flying to Brisvegas at 12 noon. We're staying at the Medina Apartments. On Friday, we're off to the Gold Coast to visit friends who live in Q1 and lunching with them, then staying overnight with other friends on Hope Island. Back up to Brissie on Saturday morning. I'll email my mobile number to a few of you and can some of you please email me yours. Depending on our timing, it may well be that we meet you at the Casino. Have to wait and see. Lew Lew xxx :-))) |

Morning all, so cold here in Ippy had to take my mittens of to type, good for dusting with them on though. Trifley would love to meet up for coffee on Wed. what sort of time plan do you have, It would take me about 45-50 minites to get there, I just have to be back by 2.30 to pick Lorraine up. Joodles, I think you said you have a sister in Perth, my sister lives near Freemantle, is your sister interested in FH? and if she is has she been to the Freeo FHC, my sis is a bit shy to go in on her own, but I'd like to know what indexes they have, sorry, so many questions, hope you're beginning to feel better. One of my dogs is a whippet they are a marvalous breed very obedient and very loving, cheers for now Jillx |

Thats the joke Anna . . . just a leg pull . . . The scarey part is I got it !! The bay is looking rather mystical at the moment, the rain has stopped, its very still and grey, with a splash of lighter cloud out to sea. A block of flats (heavily laden container ship) is slowly making its way toward Port Botany. Its lovely to have a giant canvas out my living room windo that is forever changing. Time for a cuppa and sit and take it all in cheers luv Laurie |

Ok Laurie I'm just a dumb bunny - please explain! ( I know - jokes are no fun when they have to be explained but I'm mystified!) By the way - that wretched cat got the latest big number! She just sneaks in and pounces. No manners at all. :>(( Anna |
