Hi everyone :-) We've got sun and rain here at the moment lol. Joodles hope you enjoyed your day out but take it easy for a bit. Re the email addy bit when typing email addy's on here it's best to either put () around the dots or replace them with * otherwise it won't come up. Tassie glad to hear ex m.i.l. seems to be getting better. Lew Lew looking forward to these long awaited pics lol.......not long to go until retirement now lol Rebs PMSL I registered with tpsonline a few weeks ago so hopefully that will be blocking most of them out. Anna fingers xxxx for Katherine and early birthday wishes for Chris. Vonny hope you are feeling ok Gwenda there's a cat round here which visits our garden occasionally. The other day it jumped on to the window ledge. Coco one of my cats was sitting there and hissed at it and tried swatting at it with her paw. Of course if the glass had suddenly disappeared she would have run a mile, little coward that she is pmsl. I think I need my eyes tested. When reading one of Laurie's posts about putting veges in the loop da loop I read it as vegas in the loop da loop lol. I know that loop da loop is soup and I had visions of Laurie put all those going to Brisvegas meet into a large cauldron like pot hehehehe ;-) *waves to all and scarpers before anyone gets any ideas, pmsl* Juliexx

Hello all, Anna glad Katherine went so well Trifley congratulations on getting a big one , she mumbles away to herself I really mean ppppppppp some people have all the luck or are just naturally sneaky , Joodles you naughty one, don't going over doing it although I know what you mean if Tiger isn't here and even when he is I talk to Billy all day and he's good he agrees with nearly all I say LOL Glad you had a good time though and hope they had nice slices ohh yummy. Lew Lew did you tell me what advanced trees you got and are you keeping them in pots please ?and what did you get at nursery too as really trying to get some enthusiasm for my garden at the moment , think I will leave it till we get back from up nth. I started out here with very much a cottage type garden but have decided too much work when away for so long I love all the old type flowers lupins, holly hocks, foxgloves, granny's bonnets, etc but need to change to what suits with the drought etc and as much as not really thilled with the look of them might go for grasses etc. Jill- Jill you were warned girl see you've caught it ,its called mad Wattlers disease LOL Hi Mary is John not to good do hope not and glad things are moving along with you re the unit now have you decided which one you are going into ? Got to go now as Tiger wants me to go to Ebay and look at golf clubs urrgh see you all tomorrow Love to all Lara

Hi Jill We went to a wedding (Graeme's niece) last year and it was done by a celebrant. It was great. She had spent time with the couple and they worked out the type of ceremony they wanted. Jackie (niece) said celebrants can be booked up for weddings up to 2 years. When my father died we had a celebrant because dad was not religious. It worked out really well. I think you should consider it as a worthwhile and interesting job. I'm sure there is always a need for a good one. Dianne (Trifley's serious personality)

Jillaroo Report 29 May 2006 09:56

This is serious now folks, I have a friend who has suggested I do a course to become a celebrant, I don't think I could 'do' funerals but being a party girl would love to 'do' weddings, reafirmations etc., anybody with their thoughts on this?

Demented? Who's demented? Not me. I've just asked Nefer and his brothers and they think I'm perfectly sane. ppppp)so there. Hi Anna... <<<clap>>> for Katherine. Fingers X X X that the results are good when she gets them. I'd be interested in what you think of the movie. My sister was going to see it today. I quite enjoyed it. I will now read the book again to refresh my memory. ~~~~~~~~~waves to all the crazy nutters on this thread. Triofley (X^x)

Wow are my eyes filled .. did anyone see little Sophie on Channel 7 just now? .. She smiled and said 'thank you for caring about me' ... that sure broke me up. She is soooo beautiful. Trifley funny you should mention oxygen, that was something I was very low on in hospital, at times. (to my surprise) All this talk of pollywaffles and flakes is making me very hungry you guys! Yes SuzyQ, how did you get on with your diabetes today? Jood

Anna

Anna Report 29 May 2006 09:41

Blimey Must be full moon tonight. The crazies are all acting up a treat. Rebs - you need more pretty coloured little happy pills asap. Vonny - hope you are OK after the tick bite. Nasty little blighters they are. Joodles - glad to hear you had a nice day and didn't overdo things. Let somebody else wait on you for a change. SuzyQ - how did you get on at the Doctors today? Hope you got your medication sorted. Jill Jill - I'm afraid the crazies are leading you astray - you are just as demented as the rest of them! Katherine had her flute exam and it went very well - she said the examiner was lovely and gave her lots of positive feedback - so we'll wait for the results to come - about 2 weeks I think. Lew Lew - I'll be looking forward to the photos on Thursday complete with rug. Are the animals allowed to sit on it? All this talk of soup has promtped me to buy split peas and a bacon hock - shall have a soup cooking day tomorrow. Pumpkin is my favourite though. Just remembered - I think we're seeing The Di Vinci Code tomorrow - soup will have to wait! We have caller ID on our phone and if its overseas or private I let the answering machine take it. We very rarely get calls from OS anymore. I have been known to answer and tell the Indian caller - 'There's someone at the door - please wait.' Then come back when I'm sure they would have hung up. Better get dinner on the table - apricot chicken tonight. An oldie but a goodie. Luv to all Anna

Flakes are yummmy but they break up into too small pieces. The polly waffles break in a chunk and when you put them in someone's key board it stops them from getting a number post.......or so I'm told. Would nefer do that myself. (says she with innocent look on face) Ofcourse you have angel wings, Joodles. (wonders if my friend is getting enough oxygen) T (X^x)
