I wuz up at 6 Rebs, but went back to bed, slept for another hour. Here's some info for you genie enthusiasts, its the names of towns in North Eastern Victoria, in the olden days .. if you have some abbreviations on your bdm certs, the town should be here. http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~surreal/AVNE/Towns/towns.html .. Rebs. I would have stayed up, but Tony & Lara were singing, it was too much for me .. pmsl Love Jood

Good evening wafflers all . . . The lovely Ray took me out for dinner (it was his turn to cook) and afterwards we dropped into the RSL for a drinkies and to listen to the music. We watched as 25 Japanese women (young they were - about my age - - - - - - ) and their guide (complete with sign held high) filed out of the Novotel and came over to the club. The guide sat them all around in a big circle, and went to the bar to order '25 midi light hahn' then they all got up and danced . . . . talk about classic entertainment - they were wags, dont know if it was the midi light hahn - but I have never laughed so much! even the diehards left the pokies to come and watch - they should have charged us for the entertainment - I would have paid it was that good! Mary if you like I will swap you weeks with Lotto - I think I am the weekend before Mary aren't I Tony ???? Also if you want me to do any of the relaying of tickets while you are away Tony, I put my hand up - not going anywhere that I wont have my puter and access! I will either be here in Sydney or up home! Joodles is only allowed to be home alone on the understanding that she call me if she needs me . . . no more of this heroics ! UNDERSTAND (and stomps her foot)!!!! Awhh Jude, I love staffys, never had one myself, but close friends have always had them - luv you to death, they do! If I were to ever have another dog - that would be all I would have! Jules, you need a few sheep to keep the grass down by the sound of it - (lamb chops on legs) the Aussie sheep would kill for a good chew on some green grass! As for the kids . . . . suffer !!!!!! it only gets worse - the bigger the kid the greater the worry! Vanessa, I will send back the info you sent me - all sorted - in the morning, you have lots of info, and lots of leads to go on with it - I wont do it for you , would spoil the thrill of finding it for yourself, but I will guide you where to find whats available - we'll have you adicted before you know it !!! Well night all I'm off to a nice warm bed! Catch you all later cheers luv Laurie

Evening all Helloooo out there....anyone around? Oooh Tony - not long to go now. I'm glad you are making the necessary preparations for your trek into the Heelands. You can practice singing this little song A farkling we will go A farkling we will go We'll catch a farkle Oh! What a debacle A farkling we will go. Don't forget your farkling stick - those farkles are known to turn nasty without any provocation whatsoever. And you'd best pack your Mortein for the midges. Och aye laddie - a bonnie time you'll be havin'. Well - with that bit of timely advice for Rudee, I thinks I'll take meself off to me bed. Good night all Anna

pmsl Jude Reminds me of the time when my friend asked if she could bring her puppy (8/9 months at the time). I said yes and was imaging a little thing not much bigger than a cat. Never give it a thought that he was a labrador lol, got a shock when I saw him lolol. He was still welcome though and very loveable :-)

Evening All Welcome back to the thread Joodles, take it easy cause we all missed ya. Thanks for all the positive thoughts and wishes for my ex m.i.l. Although she is an ex, we still get on well together and are both a member of the same organization. She is in good spirits. the operation has left her with no use of one side of her face as a nerve was severed in the op, owing to the cancer being so deep, she has to have all her food pureed as it is the nerve also needed for chewing motion, and she has limited movement in her shoulder. As for if these symptons are permanent time will tell but she is coping well. I am feeling really drained tonight so I hope to catch you all tomorrow. Cheers Sue
