hi all, i am just getting over the worst flu i have ever experienced, i had taken allsorts to try and shift it and then just as i thought i had it under control it came back with a vengeance and knocked me flat on my back for just over a week, my energy was zapped from me. anyone else had it ? tracey.x |

Yes Thankyou, and wow what a bug it was! still suffering the after affects a week later... i have never had anything like that before that has put me on my back in bed! |

i know, it was aweful, i am still not 100% but at least i am back to my chores now and the whole household can go back to sitting on there backside whilst i take over. tracey.x |

I am still catching up tracey with all the washing and ironing i couldnt do, and the family thought we had a magic washing fairy to do it all! lol |

my kids helped with a lot so now i have to repay them i think, but partner thought he would just sit there and let the place crumble around his ears. i think the kids are the only ones you can rely on when your ill. tracey.x |

micheal, just rest, i tried lemsips, beechams, sudafed everything you can think of but it didnt work, just rest yourself i think and get better soon. and to everyone who does catch it hope you get better soon. tracey.x |

Me too. I was bad over Christmas but thought at least it's over and done with. Then it started again a week ago and the last couple of days I've felt really dreadful. Can't believe I've had it twice in such a short period - the last flu/cold bug I had was over 6 years ago ! |

Michael, i kknow how you feel, as a person who only manages about 4 hours sleep a night, this bug finally slew me after nearly a week, and then i slept for nearly a whole day! boy did i feel better for it.xx |
