Mandy, Got millions of those. I try to get the white ones to flourish, but they seed with the the ordinary bluebells and their children come up pink . sounds charming but to me, not a nice hue. Julia, Read that the variety Sarah Arnott are much better than the common ones, but obviously more expensive. Happy days |

Won,t get many replies to this, but while I,m trying to monopolise the board this morning, thought I,d tell you that I have a couple of hundred snowdrops - the ordinary common nivalis type- growing in the garden. Tiny little things with hanging heads, they are nice to see, but that,s just about it. Have some in a pot in the green-house. Took the trouble to lift one of the hanging heads and look inside. Green, yellow and white -no artist could use those colours and paint such a pretty picture. Simple pleasures. Happy days |
