As a self-confessed chocoholic, I can be selectively blind when necessary. You might think this a draw back. especially in a sweetie shop (i.e. not being able to locate the chocolate) but my powers of smell draw me to the appropriate section. Sod the wrapper (and what it states) - just gimme the chocolate!!! Jacqui

They said on tv this am that they were doing the warnings following the results from a survey. I bet most who filled it in were on a diet. Star

hopefully, they will give details of additives, and colourants. some confectionary in the states is full of them...and you would need a magnifying glass to read the print. bryan.

I've often wondered how many calories I'm guzzling when I eat a Mars or a Lion. Don't do it very often now, as unfortunately the ones I ate years ago still seem to be with me. I think it might help someone trying to control their diet to have the calorific value and breakdown of ingredients on wrappers, as some people need to put on weight and might need to stoke up the calories. Some weight loss diets I've seen do allow the occasional chocolate treat, so I suppose it might help to know that half a Mars bar is going to put another inch on your waist. I've given up caring now. If I feel like eating chocolate, I do. CB >|<
