I had a fair bit today: 2 pieces brown toast, bannana, bowl of crunchy nut and a rasin and nut museli bar. And tea, naturally :-)

I always have a 2 course brekkie - in 2 different towns. I have cereal and a cup of tea at home at 6.15 a.m. then a piece of toast and another cup of tea in work at 8.00 a.m.
