It has been a very long a stressfull struggle.... nothing can really recompense for the trauma that has been caused to my family also. My husband and I only married in 2003 too so it hasn't been the easiest start to our marriage either.... well..... he MUST love me to have put up with all the tears and tantrums.... Still it's all over now.... we can move on and start fresh.... Thank you for you kind messages Now for the Oscars bit............. I would just like to say a HUGE Thank you to my family though, who have literally lived this with me.... For those of you who know what has been happening as a result of a car accident I had in 2003 .... I had to go to court yesterday because other guys insurance company wouldn't accept liabilty for their clients actions (nothing new there then...) however they also insisted that I was swinging the lead regarding my injuries.... Well...... we even asked the judge for more time '3' times before the trial got underway in an effort to settle out of court but they refused to talk... anyway ......... The judge proportioned 100% blame on their client and it cost them £3,000.00 more plus court costs and interest for their awkwardness. Justice has been done..... WE WON !!! Gaynor :-)))) xxx |
