Thank you for letting us know about this programme being on. I watched it last night, and this evening. So very sad, my daughter who watched it with me was disgusted with Queen Mary and George V. It also brought home to me how different my life could have been, had I lived in those times. Being epileptic myself, perhaps I wouldn't have lived to my 20's. x

Have just watched tonights episode (sorry BB, can`t remember how last nights ended). Found the whole thing really fascinating but so sad. I have seen John`s grave at Sandringham but didn`t know the whole story. It was made all the more interesting for me because my grandfather was a policeman at a neighbouring village at that time and I know he spent time on the Sandringham estate. It helped to visualise how things were in those days. Frances

It about the youngest child of queen Mary and George V..he had epilepsy and was autistic and the royal family felt they had to hide him away,he died when he was in his teens and he is buried at sandringham
