Mine has been to get the position that I have always strived for at work. I have also got another certifiacte to add to my resume. As far as my family - I have realised that my babies are now young adults, and I have to give them the freedom that they deserve. Deb

Mainly just getting through the year i think. Also I became a grandma! However I start a new job on Tuesday, so I suppose getting it is an achievement, assuming that I like it, that is!

Getting my Dad through this year, we didn't think he would see this Christmas, but he has. Watching my little grandsons turn a year old then become little boys not babies. Stretching myself in my job and the satisfaction of knowing I can and did do it. Lots of ups and downs but, hey, I'm still here!! Susan

Susan, I know what a blessing it is to have a parent for another Christmas. Last year (Dec 19) I came home from the hospital convinced that I had seen my Dad for the last time. I have had 2 Christmases with my Dad since then. I count my blessings. Deb

Mmmm let me think Seeing my Grandson Lochie finally well after having Guillame Barre Syndrome. Not really an achievment on my part but on the doctors and my son and his wife. Becoming President for the 10th year of my Theatre group. Becoming Comedy Producer also Putting all the Theatre tapes and CDs on a data base over 5,000 songs was hard work I can tell you. (All finished today would you believe.) last day of the year Getting one over on a male chauvanist (Oh it felt sooooo good) Finally staying well all year it's been really good Regards Jackie

Mine would have to be signing up for the Sahara Trek despite being terrified and raising lots of dosh for The Pink Fund. Never done anything adventurous with my life so this covers 2005 and 2006. Daisy

I think mine would have to be getting shot of a large pink bear on the right day! LVLI Other than that, PASS ! (Unless you count getting said pink bear, self and husband a personal guided tour of the Houses of Parliament by an MP, then being treated to coffee by him on the Members' Terrace, overlooking the River Thames. Oh, and getting a very polite letter from the Duchess of Cornwall, saying she was too busy to meet said pink bear but wished us well with our endeavours.) CB >|<
