I am now starting steroids....not happy at all, trying to put it off, but as i am sleeping up to 18 hrs a day, i sort of need them......so ive given in!! My whole diet has had to change (no fun at all, but very important in treatment).......no coffee/tea or wine etc , soooo many foods....arghhhhhhhhhhhhh.....lol, its ok that bit. In Jan, im going to have a treatment (IV and tkes 4 hrs at a time), this will help (we hope) my white blood cells... (sorry, cannot spell it lol )Then im told it should be chemo (i always said i wouldnt have this), we shall see. So far, its diet and of course blood tests each two weeks, it is a low grade cancer, so we have time to watch it (this is normal to watch and manage). Its also been talked about Acupuntcure....im all for this, plus i am having other alterantive treatments. I am ok, do get down of course and yes i am scared, but have sooooooooo much support.
