Call our Nuisance Call Advisors free of charge, anytime of the day or night on Freefone 0800 661 441 they will offer you simple advice on the most suitable action to take, tailored to the particular difficulties you are experiencing. You may be connected to a trained specialist who will work with you, using their knowledge and experience to tackle the problem. In extreme cases they can also work with the Police to trace you calls. Hope it helps. Anne :)))

I,m with telewest & am on the telephone preference list as well as being ex dir. & nos witheld. We had a problem with a former BF of grandaughter who was doing the dialling every 5 to 10 mins after she told him it was over. For a pound a month we have put a block on nos witheld calls. That sorted him!!!. We can take off our nos withheld by dialing a code first . Shirley

I had that problem it turned out to be computer block dialling from sales people,When you answer your phone if all the sales people are already dealing with someone there is no one left to speak to you so you get the dead line. They always withold their number, I think its so you cant phone them back and have a go at them. Maddy

left and reciever...right hand whistle... but make sure it aint yer auntie Olive on the other end first lol. seriously report it to your phone provider, many will give you a number which blocks calls which withold their number. Elaine x

I'd ring BT (or your Telecommunications Provider) and report a nuisance caller. xx

Evening All, I keep getting these phone calls everyday 5 today 5 yesterday and this has been going on for some time when you answer they put the receiver down and their number is with-held . Is anyone else getting the same really getting me down now. Margaret x
