I got up this morning feeling very sick and thought I'd got up to quick and that it would pass. The sicky feeling did lessen as the day went on but by 3pm it was back with avengence and brought stomach pain with it. I ended up having a very hot shower to warm up and falling asleep under 2 duvets and a blacket whilst still shivering. I woke up at 5pm with a temperature of 38.5, so I've now had paracetamol and ibuprofen to take my temperature down but it's not working and I still feel cold. Please own up if you passed it on cause I want to give it back!! lol.! I can't afford to take the time off from my training. UPDATE:- no more blameing our Bec!!! I'm convinced it's not her fault!! |

Dan - Thanxs. I know it wasn't you, unless it can be sent through GR. Anne - Thanxs for the hug Joy - Thanks and hope your mouth feels better soon Vivienne - Thank you Bec - I had a bit of a chest infection before the meet, so your cleared of sending that! Have had to make an appointment to get antibiotics on Friday since I can't stick it any longer and the asthma inhalers don't help me breath (despite doubleing the dose - yes I know I shouldent but an only on tiny doses normally). |

thanks Deb, am trying to drink water but it maks me feel ill but at least it's staying in my stomach (along with a tiny square of chocolate) Unless Bec has had D&V (please guess the D as I can't spell - V is vomiting), i think she's in the clear. It has to be some sort of tummy bug since chest infections never make me feel like this! xXx |
