still no reply from genes about me treating my cous to join gr as a xmas pressy,she lives in aussie,ive asked 3 times and nothing,what else can i do,they just wont answer,has anyone got any clout round here to make em listen,help please,joy xxxxxxxx |

Just the same way you opened yours Joy, but with her email addy and putting in her details rather than yours? |

OK here goes you will need to sign out first the home page will appear register as new member using your cousin's addy once you have done that sign out again to resume your own account Ken xx |

Elaine Think you can tick the box, so it doesnt go into your own email account? But soon as she looked in her GR account, would then see the message alert? Donna (who is probably wrong as ever lol) |

Joy Are you sending Genes a message after looking at a ....2nd PAGE...? There was a thread about this recently. After writing the message, you go to the next page and confirm that message. Only then does the message get sent to Genes, - I think. |

Joy forgive me if you know this, but when you mail GR, its a bit tricky as your message comes up and it looks like you have submitted but you have to then scroll down and confirm you want it submitted to them still. I know I was caught by this when I first mailed them a few times. I thought they werent answering but I hadnt actually submitted the message. Typical GR, making it all a bit difficult for you. |
