i hope they dont make it so others can see who is online other sites hav this facility and its not one i like i prefer to b here at times without others knowing (not for any sinister reason but for my safety) |

That's fair enough. Some sites have the option to appear offline to others so they wouldn't be able to tell |

Good point - I am often on line just 'listening in' with no intention of participating. Other times I feel in the mood. A list would be an asset. |

No, and it shouldn't be possible either. This isn't a chat room it is a genealogy research site. Most of the people who log to the site never go near the message boards. |
