When looking for a parking space I always go for the biggest space, I wont even try to park in a space that I know I could get into with a little effort:-))) |

I've always done that because I'm not a contortionist, and some people who come along afterwards park so close to my car that I can't open the door properly to get into it. Having had a bad back for many years, the last thing I want to do is twist it again and 'put it out' because there's not enough space to open my car door properly. >*|*< |

The wimps are those that park in the middle of 2 parking spaces so as not to have their precious bit of metal scratched etc!! Much happiness Debi |

You mean you get a choice?, usually have to park in only space available!!, but if one was larger than the other, why make life difficult by choosing the smallest place? Val |

Is anyone like my husband? give him one space and he parks instantly with no problem. Give him 10 spaces and it takes ages to park, which space? that one's too small' that cars too close, that one's awkward to get into.' it is a standing joke between us that, faced with an empty car park he ha a problem parking. I had another baby so I could still park in the Mum and Baby spaces at the supermarket :o) Whatever it takes! RW |

I do it. The funniest though is when I take my wife and daughter shopping at the Supermarket, complete with grandchildren I may add. If there is loads of room in the car park you should hear them - 'Oh! Dear, where shall we park?' - ' This is going to take ages.' - 'There's one Grandad'. Very astute children. |

Hehe, if at all possible I find a space I can drive through to the one in front. Hate parking, will drive to another car park if only small spaces in first one. Now thats chicken! lol Vivienne |
