i wrote approximatley 2 weeks ago to genes as i wanted to join my cousin up as a xmas pressy,ive heard nothing yet and i mailed em twice.i wanted to do it as a surprise for her as she is only a non-paying member,can you help,perhaps they will listen to you guys,lolxxxxxxxxxx joy

No good asking me. They've obviously made a pact never to reply to anything I send them, so I don't bother now. Scrubbed 'em off my Christmas card list too. >*|*<

Hi Joy, I would tend to do what jess says wouldn't do any harm trying them again. To change your name click on account details, you will be asked for your password when you have done that you will be brought to where your first & second name is you can change it there, you have to go down to the end of the page to save it. Good luck, any problems SHOUT!!! LOL. ;-) Pat x
