Do you think its the change in weather? It went cold about 3 days a go and I had to go to bed at 8.30pm last night because I was falling asleep on the settee. Its most unlike me. I'm not pregnant and not anaemic. |

I always feel a bit like that when the days are dark and gloomy and it doesnt help that he weather is so cold and wet, I dont know why though. Just a touch of the winter blues maybe! Marie |

I'm often tired in the evening but I wake early so I guess that's why..... and I'm alot older than you! Seriously Louise, make sure all your heating /gas appliances are safe. There's no carbon monoxide leak is there? I've seen this happen to a family I know. |

Guinness has malt in it too, lol. No Lou it may be worth watching how day by day things are, can you remember feeling that way last year? It is very early in the season but you never know you could be starting to suffer from sad. I would check what you are eating and drinking and how much sleep you are getting our bodies do need different food in the winter, & sleep pattern often changes, some people more than others. Take Care Lou look after yourself. Guinness often helps people sleep as with Horlicks, but at least it builds you up at the same time. Pat x |

Oh I've got to join the early to bed club now. I haven't got the heating on yet and its a new house anyway. The boiler and fire were checked this year. The malt sounds good Terence but I would prefer guinness. When is your birthday party bec? |
