If you have Cartoon network on channel 32 and E4+1 on channel 39 then your answer is yes. Also as ove 1st Nov, a new digital channal will go on air from 6pm every day. ITV4 will be on channel 30 for freeview and will be available on NTL.

Lunar is this a question or a statement ???? Haven't hooked mine up yet - only brought it 2 hours ago lol - but the book says it auto updates ..........

It's both, some boxes do rescan periodically but some don't. Mine's been hooked up about 2/3 weeks and I had to rescan as it was too soon for the box to do it auto... Just thought I'd let everyone know though. You should be fine as you'll have the new channels when the box sets its self up

also www.freeview(.)co.uk their not always correct though, the sites say that my parents can't get freeview but they do by using a signal booster - partilay because all tv signals are so weak. Best bet is set up yor box and give it a go.

I've had one about 6 months but consider I was conned. There's nothing really worth watching after the first month as its all repeats. Sometimes the repeats are of the same ancient prog. three or four times within the day. There are days when they lay on end-to-end episodes of the same sad old soap all day. Even the history programme does it. How often can one watch Simon Schama's History of England or War at Sea? len

Hve to agree with Len. My son bought me one cos he kept on about how good it is while I told him I am happy with 5 channels. Now C4 is repeated on Channel 39 which is repeated on Chan. 14 and now we have 13 which repeats any one of em or starts the chain ! BBC3 and BBC4 get to BBC2 or 1 sooner or later - if they didnt originate there in the first place. UK History - the war repeats and are repeated the following day and what's left ? BID channels for stuff you dont want at starting prices that never were; quiz programs where you can win £££s if you got a warped mind - they never tell how they arrived at their answers. Best things are the News channels - but how often do you want to see the news every half hour ? Waste of time and money - in my opinion.
