Cant access my outlook express, keep getting server can not be accessed, and asking for my e addy and password.....done it didn't work. tried switching off and starting again.....nope! I know its probably something silly, but never had it before. Can anyone help with suggestions please.....keep them clean, thanks xxx THANKS FOR HELPING YOU ALL xxx

Not an expert- but this has happened to me in the past. Usually means that there is a problem with your server. Don´t worry - just try again in an hour or so and usually OK. Elaine

If runnung windows XP. This may help.. From Start menu,,,go ot Help and Support,,,from menu click on ..System Restore,, follow on screen instructions......take computer system back to date before it happened,,,,, ..but it may just be your ISP having server problems,,,,,

Lemon Mines doing the same tonight - happens every now and then - who are you with? I'm on Blueyonder. I just leave it for a while and keep trying - if it still doesn't work I just restart PC :O) xxxx

Thanks Dorothy, and pulling the thing out made no difference. No thunder and lightening. ANNE I am Blue Yonder, it may be that, but they keep saying incorrect password, and it isn't unless a certain person has been fiddling

Lemon - have you tried again recently ?? Mine is a bit sluggish but IS working now - had to give in and restart pooter tho lol
