wrongfull arrest....................what a nighmar

some one realy close to me has gone through hell because the police didnt investigate properly has any one else been through this situation its just been a nightmare my relative had letter from solisitor today to say that her hubby is the ring leader in a bike gang and they meet at there house to arrange wrong doing of cause there is no truth in this what so ever will update again on the 24th nov when i know more thanks for all your wishes angie xx |

hi lesley it is a member of my family and this family member isnt coping very well for a start they had agraphobia and never go out the house so can you imagine been carted off in a police van at 6am in the morning after years of not going out iv been sobbing my heart out,the trauma this person has gone through and there family is just to destressing hugs angie xx |

hi wendy my family persons name was given to the police and they wernt allowed in there house for 2 days and they were locked in a cell for 12hrs and stripped searched and they are totally inersent hugs angie xx |

if the police had investigated properly,they would know my family members have never had a criminal record and dint have anything to do with the investigation they are taking out im just gutted hugs angie xx |

angela,that is terrible,agoraphobia is a crippling mental illness,and i would seek legal advice,and sue the buggars for every penny...then spend some of the money,getting 'private professional help' in getting to grips with the illness. bryan. |

its not sorted yet,got a month to wait till they finished there investigating but i know there inersent and i will let my family member know about victim support thank you for your wishes and i will keep you updated lots of hugs angie xx |

I do hope the member of your family is getting some sort of official support. it sounds as if there may be a case for wrongful arrest so they need to be advised. They possibly also need medication for the trauma, especially if they are agrophobic. As you say, a nightmare. Hope you all come through it OK in the end. Ann glos |

hi bryan i told my family exactly that when i saw them yesterday my family member already suffers with post traumatic stress and agraphobia because of things that have happend in there life,iv told them to sue them aswell its a disgrace and its cost the tax payer hundreds of thousands and proberly just acting on hear say instead of investigating first hugs angie xx |
