June - it's fantastic and allows you to retain all the moisture in the fish rather than drying it out. Steamed salmon fillet with steamed courgettes (zucchini) and butter and parsley sauce! SCRUMMY :-) becx |

Haven't got an electric one June, but always steam my vegetables.. so much tastier! No washing of pans sounds a good enough reason to have one to me!!! Jacquie xxxx |
