Heather - I haven't changed computer, just upgraded the anti virus, so not sure why they disappeared. I've searched the hard drive to no avail. CB - I still have the same e-mail address so that's OK |

I lost all my OE mails when I changed puter because I didnt realise they are actually on the hard drive, not in cyber space like hotmail. Mine compacts the messages on a regular basis but they dont move anywhere. |

Somehow all my emails have vanished from my computer. We upgraded our anti virus last night to Norton Internet Security 2005 and when I checked Outlook Express this morning all my emails have gone? When I opened OE some blurb came up saying it was 'compacting messages' and now they've gone!!! Anyone got any ideas where they're hiding cos I can't find them anywhere! |
