had a phone call from the letting agent last night. They are putting the rent up £25. I was stomping and stamping last night and couldn't sleep. just been on rightmove and there is a house not far away which is £50 cheaper, the front garden is enclosed, 3 bed with a playroom/study and hopefully a fence in the back garden (our mean landlord won't put one up so we have a wimbledon style one - can't have barbecues or anything cos of the neighbours). I am so excited. I am going to ring up now. Knowing my luck it will have gone. |

Louise, i spent 6 weeks searching for a house for me and my parents and i made offers on 2 to have them rejected and I have now found a house 75 pound a month cheaper and has a 3rd bedroom that i can use as a study, and its gonna be ours from next week so keep at it you will find somewhere that is meant for YOU!! |
