No Anne - you can't tell them, its a suprise ;-) They have been to Guersey (a few years ago) and have been harping on ever since about wanting to go to Jersey. The coach picks them up from the village, takes them to Gatwick, then a coach picks them up and takes them to their hotel. they dont even need to drive to the airport. They are going to be thrilled (I hope). The hotel are even going to get my dad a birthday cake, and upgrade them to a room with a balcony overlooking the beach.

Joanne What a good idea - I did the same thing for my parents anniversary AND managed to keep it quiet ! My siblings chipped in and we booked them a week in Malta. They're there at the moment, they fly back tomorrow. They really appreciated it, and I'm sure your parents will too. However... you've just reminded me - its my Dads 80th birthday next year... time to start planning again ! Paul

Oh Paul, its a never ending saga!!! lol Alter Ego - the hair is no longer stunning, just acceptable. Its never the same once you have washed it and have to do it yourself.
