It just shows how much of the law in this country is a joke. He should be fines £1,000 plus court costs plus the cost of delay to the train service and distress to the driver. If he can't pay then it is charged to his parents. As a society we really have to stop playing mr nice guy with these morons.

This child should be shown a body at the morgue that has been mown down by a train. They should also be told that it's not an instant death most times. Idiot!!
