It just shows how much of the law in this country is a joke. He should be fines £1,000 plus court costs plus the cost of delay to the train service and distress to the driver. If he can't pay then it is charged to his parents. As a society we really have to stop playing mr nice guy with these morons. |

Go to the BBC news website now and check out the video footage - link entitled Seconds from death: Boy plays 'chicken' with 100mph train on right hand menu. Good job the police got there quickly enough to pick them up. nell |
