Rons very busy at the moment but I've seen his post and can verify that Microsofts own Anti Spyware is brilliant. It's also FREE, just do a Google on the words Microsoft Anti Spyware and you'll find the official Microsoft page to download it. The only condition is that you must have a valid version of XP on your system as if you have a pirate copy it will not download. Good Luck Carol www.genealogyprinters(.)com |

Ron - How much it that? I must admit it sounds really good - I've got a spyware programme that removes adware, but if I let it try to stop any from downloading it makes my computer act up! Microsofts own version sounds much better. Kaye x |

As already mentioned this is spyware. If you use XP Microsoft have their very own version of anti spyware, Microsoft Beta, it's very good indeed. Where other programs will detect and remove spyware this version of Mircosofts own spyware program will stop it being installed/downloaded in the first place. Just do a Google on Microsoft Anti Spyware and you'll find the download page. It's on version 2 now and it updates itself when you are on the internet, we've been using it since it first came out many months ago and not one single piece of spyware has got onto our systems. Good luck Ron www.genealogyprinters(.)com |

Jeanette, it's a piece of ad ware and it wants you to go to it's site. Try googling to see how to remove it. XX Sioux |

I wouldn't. Registry Mechanic works well for me and I think you can get it free if you type shareware into a search engine! Julie xxx |

Every now and again I am getting a window popping up saying that I have errors in my directory that may be causing my computer to run slowly, crash etc. Would I like to download Winfix to sort out the problem? I am assuming that these could be the errors that my anti virus is picking up. Basically I would like to know if it is safe to download Winfix to sort the problem. Jeanette x |
