Phoned up today and despite being a year under age for they still let me on which is nice of them. It's a free 3 week course which teaches you how to start up a company etc. I've had a money-making idea for a few months now and yesterday decided I was going to do something about it. Hard work lies ahead.

It's with Wirral Waterfront Regeneration who are trying to encourage new business in the area. Suppose that's why it's free otherwise I wouldn't be able to go. 'The Wirral Waterfront Business Start Entrepreneurship Programme is the new business start programme from Wirral Waterfront which is free to all qualifying participants. The programme is available to those living in or wanting to start a business within the Wirral Waterfront boundary and those resident in Merseyside who set up their business and trade from premises in the Wirral waterfront area.' I'll be helped by an advisor throughout the course and 18 months more whilst setting up a company. (If I do end up doing so)

It sounds similar to something my Husband did a few years back - was very good and he came out with an NVQ level III (I think it was that level?). He said the course was very good, but he didn't go on to set up a company. Good luck with it. Kaye x

Good for you Daniel - glad you are about again - some of us were concerned that you had 'disappeared' - we thought we might have gone to Nan's! Ann

He he, No Nan has been coming in insisting on tidying and cooking. I try to stop her but she's just too powerful.
