Lou, only developed it 2 days after they came so don't think I can blame them. thanks for all the sympathy. Jude, yes I have had three this year, only used to get them rarely before that. Spent the morning in the fresh air so hoping that will have done it some good. Ann Glos |

Let it take its course and it will take two weeks for you to fully recover. Look after yourself though, rest as much as you can, take cold-cures and a hot toddy every nightand you can be rid of it in a fortnight. len |

Ann I'm not too sure that there is a convenient time to get a cold! I recommend ginger wine as very soothing to a sore throat and more fun than lemon and honey! nell |
