have sat in all day today waiting on the engineer to come look at my washing machine as its broken.....was told he'd be here between 8am and 6pm today (couldnt break it down ). Sooooo, no long lie this morning, got up and tidied kitchen properly so he could get into machine etc etc.l...YUP!! you guessed - he didnt appear. I'm going on holiday soon and need to get the washing done and I cant!! Soooooooooooooo....got the number for the after sales service (which says its open from 8am to 8pm) and phoned them at 5.55pm....they shut at 5.30!!! How convenient'!!!!! I am spitting mad...why do companies do this???? I'm lucky as I have friends and family who have offered to help me out but that Company dont know that!! Seems a common occurence these days!!!.. Right I've had my moan now....back to the crossword and a well deserved glass or two of wine!!! lol Jill x |
