Oh Jess, I thought your computer was playing up. I have long ago given up trying to understand the PC Brigade. They are as extreme as anyone can get sometimes. |

I work for a similar (again social services) and if health and safety regs were adhered to there are some homes I wouldn't set foot in if i didn't have to without a gas mask and wellies....I am sure you know the sort. What i find doesn't offend me ( it does something - turns my stomach , i think is the discription) but it has to be done Jess x |

jess how rediculous!! what happened to health and safety regs?? i visit people every day in my job and we are NOT allowed to remove our shoes for any reason.we have to wear black closed in shoes all the time winter and summer!! this is due to the health and safety regulations as we aren't insured if we tread on anything or hurt our feet in any way. i work for a government concern(social services). surely they should respect our beliefs aswell susie |

Bedfordshire police directive ''When raiding the home of a Muslim before day break, the policemen entering the house must first remove his shoes'' so as not to offend the muslims beliefs WHAT?!!! now i know the world has gone mad If a policeman should at any time wish to raid my house, anytime, day or night, would they please remove their shoes so as not to mark the carpet.
