I've been reading about Microsofts impending trail release of their latest operating system Windows Vista. I was just curious to know, how many regular internet users are still using Windows '98 or less? We're all quick now to suggest a system restore when someone posts a problem, but users not on XP don't have this facility. Personally I love XP. As a big PC user and a small time techhie freak it's a lot more user friendly and less prone to break downs than the earlier formats. I wonder what good / bad things they've devised for Vista? I use 98. I guess it's all a matter of how long you've had the computer. |

I'm still using 98. I've seen XP on some computers but the layout seems all wrong -- the colours are very bright and the corners all rounded: seems like it was made for a young child. See message board in a mo for another MS product that was released in 98. |
