i have lost 8lb in weight so far in a quest to have the perfect body.doing my exercise video every day for half an hour to help but have had to give up my curley whirlies.oh well it is worth it in the end.feel alot healthierxxxxxx(:

Well done Lisa!! What exercise video are you doing? I need one that is mainly just aerobics! Ive lost 25lbs in 2 months so need to start exercising properly! Bev x

thanks.trying to think not the stones i have to lose but how many pounds lighter i am than what i used to be.it helps.also have made it a rule never to eat after 7pm as the food i am not eating will not be burnt off.have changed my wine over to vodka lime and soda which is much better.only problem is i have polished off a half bottle in three days .xxxx(:

bev .it is beverley callards exercise.it is brilliant.not only do you get three exercise routines.the one that i am doing at the mo is the half hour one.you get a twenty minute one that works you harder so your getting the same results as the thirty minute one .also there is another exercise routine which deals with abdominals which next week i will co inside with the half hour exercise.the good thing about this dvd is that she and a few others are doing the exercises on the beach in spain with palmtrees in the backround so it feels as though you are there too.trust me this one is good and the only one i can get on withxxxxx(:

Thanks Lisa! I will check that one out! Ive been told to concentrate on exercise routines that get your heart and lungs pumping rather than one thats builds your muscles as apparantly muscle weighs heavier than fat!! Bev x
