Linda, did it help you sleep? I have not slept more than 3 hours a night for the last 2 weeks. Getting to the end of my tether. Thanks Dave - It says to take 2 tablets but maybe I should just try 1. How many did you take?

I tried nytol a few years ago when my husband started working nights and I couldnt settle in the house at night without him, I took one a night and also a painkiller that I was on at the time and I must admit it worked for me! I woke up the following morning feeling great and so refreshed, hope they work like that for you.

Linda thats about the time I have been getting off to sleep, I then wake up every hour and have to get up at 7 for work. I will give the lavender a go. I have a glass of sloe brandy on the go at the moment so I think I will pass on the Nytol for tonight.
