Do you think women tend to follow their hearts whereas men follow their heads (in general)? |

I ask this because there are times when I follow my heart even though it's not the sensible thing to do... |

very generally, I'd have to agree I think... probably.... may have to wait for a mo while my heart decides to rule my head, ...or is that the other way round? I also believe that women rely far more on their instincts that men - though men seem to be able to sense fear better. By the way...HELLO HARRY! Havn't seen you on here lately (probably just me and the lack of glasses)... nice to see you again :) |

It can make things very tricky. My male friends will say 'Just don't do it!' but when my heart's set upon something it's hard to control. |

Thank you Cha Cha Cha - nice to be back. As an afterthought - does this apply when ladies go shopping and suddenly see something they fancy? Happy days |

Not necessarily, it's always harder looking at things on the inside than it is from the outside, looking in. Doesn't matter who you are, I don't think... |

Bec, I think we're probably all as bad as each other. Once your heart's involved the head goes to jelly! Daisy |

Naaaah Bec - this man definitely follows instincts and impulses which is more heart than head (and probably why things so often go belly up lol) |

Thanks for your input everyone. I wasn't being sexist, this follows on from conversations I've been having recently. I'm a very dominant and independent woman but there are times when I turn into a wimp due to following my heart! |

I dont think there is anything wrong with following your heart Bec,it shows that you are a nice sensitive soul who may be a touch vulnerable at times, but we have all been there both men and women,I have been there followed my heart first and I am not afraid to admit it, and neither should any man.
