I would agree with Susie - do you have any extra stress or worries at the moment? Also are you sleeping any differently (like is it harder to get to sleep or you wake up still tired)? I'm not too well at the moment and one of the things I hate is the dreams. I wouldn't say they're quite nightmares, not as bad as yours, but they're not nice and unsettle me. I hope you get it sorted out, because it's not very pleasant for you. Mandy :) |

You will probably find that, that may be the source as it is linked with the terrorism one and airport with the plane and the tall builings etc....Try to aviod programmes like that for a little while and see how it goes..your nightmares may stop or not be as terrifying. Susie xx |

wanderer i too have had vivid dreams that have haunted my waking day, i have had a lot that have(been like premonitions) heard next day on news or in press, i was told by someone i asked , to write them down, it helps get them out of your head and you can look back and check if anything comes to light, the ones with you on the building sound like stress related, try listening to music before you go to sleep it may help clear your mind |

May be you might need to look over the past few weeks and see if there has been anything in general day to day life that could of subconciously upset you or maybe listening or reading the media is upsetting and you are having it come out as bad dreams..Whatever is causing them I hope you find the source and they stop soon as it can be quite distressing it may even be a vicious circle where you are worrying over the dreams thus becoming stressed and inducing more...I could not tell you honey! alittle susie.i say i have had nightmares for two weeks.but last year i dreamt about a man who was in a building with tenser barriers like in banks and airports.he was standing in a queue.looking nervous.i clocked him lifting up his shirt and underneath he had a bomb strapped to his stomach.he realised that i had seen him and he set off the device.then i woke up in a cold sweat.frightened the living daylights out of mexxxxxxx): |

been having dreams/nightmares every night for two weeks.the one last night included me and two females i didn't know.we were on a high rise building and we were in danger the only way down was down.me and the other women got to the edge and looked down but knew if we jumped we would not survive.as we were debating whether to or not the third women didn't hesitate and jumped.she didn't go down feet first but went head first and when she hit the ground her body had disintergrated.it was horrible.i have also dreamt about murders.one was of a man who was drunk who was shouting abuse at anyone.i walked past him and looked at him he just stared right through me.he didn't say anything.in my dream the next day he had been murdered.then it showed another man who i assumed had murdered him.these dreams are getting more frequent but i cannot understand why as i have never had the problem before.what do you think.is there a reason?????????xxxxxx): |
