Having a good cry..... My dad died when i was about fifteen, he'd remarried and his 'new' wife banned us from going to the hospital or visiting him while he was ill (he died of cancer). I felt alot of anger over the years as he had two kids with her and me and my sisters hated them, i s'pose we wanted our dad to be with us... anyway, i emailed his daughter to see if she needed help with her tree and she mailed back today, not knowing it was me... I feel all emotional now, i've mailed back and told her who i am but recieved nothing yet. I miss my dad so much and think i've just opened up some very old wounds. I CAN'T TYPE ANYMORE COZ MY MASCARA IS IN MY EYES...

Thanx. she just mailed back asking for contacts and my dads tree... stopped crying now, thank god.. i'm not really a crier. I think she is probably as weary as me as we were brought up to hate eachother. think the mascara has affected my eyes though, everything looks weird! xx

Thankyou all so much. I had quite a chat via e-mail today, apparently she was put in care when my dad died and knew nothing of what her mum did. I feel much better now, that was my yearly cry, i don't have time to wallow( i'm a mum!) thankyou all for the lovely hugs. xxx
