I had to laugh at your post Al :~D I'd only been with my hubby 4 days when he proposed to me ...... and we've been married 17 years this year! We didn't actually tie the knot until 18 months later. There's no right amount of time, you'll just know. Congrats Hannah XX Sioux

Thanks Sioux, I kinda wanna hint about it, but don't wanna seem pushy if he's not ready, but it's our 2 year anniversary on 20th May so I'm hoping, I'd ask him but I prefer to be traditional. AL

Congratulations Hannah! I would say the same as the others, Bhs and Debenhams have a nice selection. Although if you can find a good dressmaker with reasonable prices in your area you can have your dresses made to measure and exactly as you want! My mum is getting married next saturday and had a dressmaker make our bridesmaid dresses and flower girls dress. The price per dress was only £20 over shop prices! Bargain. Leanne x
