Anyone else being asked to fill out a form with personal information when they sign on to MSN? I always have to attempt several sign ins before getting in to MSN but haven't had this before and it's asking for name, occupation marital status, number of children etc. Is this normal? Daisy

I have never been asked for any information by MSN, Daisy....and I would be very reluctant to give them any private details...XXMummikins

I think there was one and I didn't complete it - maybe that's why I have problems sometimes!!! Joy

Thanks for the replies everyone. Gillie I think that makes sense (I'm useless with the pc) so if it pops up again it should be ok to fill it in and then delete the info afterwards? I find the whole MSN thing really complicated and bitty. Showing my age now! Daisy

I was under the impression that you need only fill in what you personally thought was necessary........Ie your nom de plom, and skip through the rest, of the form Bob

I took a deep breath, filled it in and managed to get on all my groups pages at last. The bears are so sweet - can't wait for mine to arrive! Thanks for all your help. Daisy

I just changed my password and it's OK again BUT I keep being asked to decipher jumbled-up letters and numbers to prove I'm bona fide - it drives me mad, especially when it pops up when I click 'send' on an e-mail. Lily
