oh and just look what happened to Blackburn when they bought themselves the league. a few seasons later they were in division 2. Maybe thats what'll happen once the russian gets bored and takes his money elsewhere |

Paul - do you know I never thought I'd hear that statement come out of a true supporters mouth!! WE BOUGHT PLAYERS YES, BUT WE CAN'T FORCE THOSE PLAYERS TO PLAY AS A TEAM AND PLAY OUT OF THEIR SKINS LIKE THEY HAVE DONE THIS SEASON!! THEY DESERVE TO BE GIVEN CREDIT FOR THEIR EFFORTS!! Jesus even I as a TRUE BLUE will congratulate another team if they deserve it!! Its called sportsmanship!! |

oh I'm not attempting to take that away from them, you're right, the players have risen to the challenge, and they have been superb at times, and a few of the players in particular have been outstanding, but come on, you have to admit that they've spend a ridiculous amount of money, even by Uniteds standards ! |
