hi liz, bach rescue,is one of the better products around, its harmless to take, and can also be given to children, and pets. there are two type of applications,drops...you add five/six to a small bottle of mineral water...and sip all day,to take the edge off anxiety,or butterfly tummy. spray...quick acting...just spray on back of tongue, when feeling panicky...available from large chemists/health food stores. bryan. |

Yes, I swear by Bach Rescue Remedy. And like my doctor says, it doesn't matter if it actually works or not - as long as you 'think' it works and feel better! My son hated the dentist but I always put a few drops on his tongue and it definitely calmed him down. You can now also get Rescue Remedy in cream form for cuts and grazes. I haven't tried it yet but intend to get some. Mandy :) |

Lizz Have tried them at times and Rescue remedy seems to work, also the cream is good. There is a special one to help with pre exam nerves - I think it could be olive, but there is a little brochure so have a look at that or ask at the store. Good luck to your daughter. By the way there are also some little tablets that dissolve on the tongue - I think they are by NEW ERA - again the health food store should know what to recommend. |
