I have a friend who, when she was in hospital, spent many hours 'in her garden' picturing every flower, shrub, exactly as she had left it. She found it very healing. BC |

I have a cliff top, where the sun is shining, i can hear the seagulls in the distance, there is a light breeze and I can hear the waves below. I think if I visualised my garden I wouldn't relax because I would be 'seeing' all the jobs that needed doing Lol! weeding, lawn cutting etc. Ann glos |
