Clare It is awful but i found that the craving went after two weeks. Doesnt help much at the minute but just make sure you dont have any in the house or it will drive you mad. I gave up for five years thinking it was causing migraines but it wasnt. Worst five years of my life and I eventually gave in to a twix. : ) Jill |

Hello Clare, you could always try cleaning your teeth every time you have a craving, or just before going to the supermarket as toothpaste and chocolate really do not go together! Don't give in you're doing really well and after your holiday you'll be able to indulge your craving all you want, Helen |

Have you tried the low calorie chocolate drinks? I dont know if they would help, but read the 'bumph' on the back. Deanna |

I've tried a couple of things that worked for me! One is to have a low calorie hot choc drink as someone as already suggested - such as Options or Cadbury Highlights (might just get one now!). Another thing I did was to have a bowl of coco pops on an evening when I got the choccy munchy cravings! Joanne |

Milky way fun size is the best idea. Low in calories and quite satisfying, eat one slowly and enjoy it. Ann Glos |

I may be going mad, but several years ago I seem to remember someone finding a pressure point on my ribs which was painful and asked me if I ate a lot of chocolate which I did!!!! They massaged this point and I really did not crave choc for quite a while worth asking some alternative therapists for some help maybe??? |
