My firm, many years ago, booked the Granada hospitality room for our Christmas do' and Sheri Hewson was the star guest (all the men wanted Raquel!). So we walked 'the cobbles' that Christmas........

They were filming here a couple of weeks ago but by the time I found out it was getting dark! Now I am waiting to see the place on the telly. It always looks good. Brookside often used to come here to film and often ask local people to be extra's in the background

I don't think it's there any more. Our son went looking for it a year or two ago and it wasn't open /didn't exist.

Didn't the Soap do well, at the Awards last night? The actress who plays Katie is brilliant, she won't have any problem getting parts when she leaves Corrie (suicide?) Lily

The whole Granada studio's tour shut down a few years ago. It was brill when it first opened they showed you how it all was made they showed you where Sherlock Holmes was filmed and a few other programmes which I can't remember you got to walk down corrie street and Stan Ogdens grave was also there. I see alot of the corrie stars where I work in the Trafford Centre we used to have Sunita come in a few times she is lovely and Kevin he looks much different but is lovely and has gorgeous kids and its odd as Eileen sounds just like she does on the tele mmmmm and Keiron (Irish bloke from boyzone) is so much nicer looking in real life he has the most gorgeous eyes and voice I didnt realise it was it was him till half way through serving him and was totally gobsmaked my friends have never seen me quiet!!!
