Please help. I have done all the things suggested and I keep getting this. It is putting me off!!!! What do I do??? BC

I get it quite a lot too on this site. generally just means its very busy. The trick is to just press F5 every few seconds (or press the reload symbol on your browser) and normally after a few attempts it connects. Patience is a virtue :)

f5 should just refresh the page. it does in Internet Explorer and in Firefox.

I only seem to get this problem in Internet Explorer and have to refresh. Don't recall it occuring in Firefox.

I get it lots Andy. Its nothing to do with the browser as such (I used forefox pretty much all the time), its the response from the server (although Firefox may retry more before it errors).
