Thanks Gwynne. It's a fund raising event for a local old peoples home. I hope we have enough supporters to make it worthwhile. Gwyn

Hi Gwyn, Good luck at the quiz. We're giving the Thursday one a miss tonight as it's some miles away along twisty windy country lanes. Gwynne

Gwynne I hope it stays away but I think there will probably be more snow later. I never was very keen and haven't changed my opinion. Have stocked the fridge and cupboards so I don't have to go out. Hope it's not too bad as I'm going to a quiz night., walking distance. Gwyn

Good morning all. Just a bit of lingering snow on rooftops here and a bit more on the hills to the north. I'm loathe to say so really though because I was watching the weather report earlier and they were talking of near blizzard conditions at one time in Folkestone. That's just a few miles away, so perhaps we have our own mini climate just around here. Hubby is on the train to work, unlike yesterday, when they weren't running.

Drink up, it's piping hot. I'm going nowhere today. I think I'll catch up with some typing up of notes. We're giving the Thursday quiz a miss because it's in a pub in the middle of nowhere. Gwynne

We're relatively snow-free here in my part of Warwicks, how's everyone else? Gwynne
