how my arm hurts!!fell down the stairs yesterday.half asleep when going to the loo and tripped and fell from the top.fell backwards and tried to stop myself with both arms to stop myself falling forward and have two bruises on my arms .quite bad.bruise very easily.cannot sit down either due to bruised backside.that will teach me to spend a penny when i am fully awakexxx): |

Lisa As with so many accidents in the home, this could easily have been prevented. Just buy a china po and keep it under the bed - or wear incontinence knickers! Seriously, ouch, I hope those bruises stop hurting soon. nell |

one arm is healing but am worried about the other as blood is collecting inside the skin.i would say it covers the area of a galia melon.this has occured just over 24 hrs agoxxxx(: |

lisa did you go to boots and mention your arm, go to your GP tomorrow if its no better, im 40 len and im always falling or tripping over nothing usually, have you thought of a safety gate lisa lol sorry seriously , have you take care of yourself and let us know how you are |

Hi Lisa Just read your thread regarding the blood collecting under your skin, Be carefull its not a HAEMATOMA, if it is it may need lancing at the local hosp, don't worry not life threatening but may need treatment, if they lance it, it will help with the pain Hope this helps Jan |
