Strangley enough two of my neighbours who are totally unrelated, each have a little blonde daughter called Willow. Between them lives a little brunette called Mattana.

Isn't it strange how some old fashioned names make a comeback, but others don't. I don't know of any young Gladys, Ethel or Hilda but there are plenty of Amy, Charlotte, Emily etc.

'Aint they funny ! I was going to call my firstborn Amie Rose, Rose being after my nan. He turned out to be a Kyle David instead. My daughter has an old fashioned name, Connie Mae. Lots and lots of Sophies in our school at the moment, but no Lauryn's. Alough I've a cousin Laura. Whatever you call her she will be just adorable.... Hi Kylie. Lauryn is a beautiful name. I never knew my Nan's, as they both had died before i was born. In fact, both my Grandads had died also before i was born. I'm sure you must love your Nan a lot. Tony Ozx
