is there anybody else out there who's sick of hearing about this whole eastenders/who sorts out den saga??? i am sick to the back teeth hearing about it........lets face it guys there's more to life than watching each and every one of the soaps!!!

the one good thing about all soaps...there is a tiny place on tv that says .....off...simple to control..sooo simple...:)so dont get stressed..turn off:)

like you say there's the off button or switch the channel. still some people must get some enjoyment out of it or there wouldn't be any soaps

i bet a lot of kiddies like the soaps...here..sit still be quiet and eat your sweets:)..

mine like the music channels, lil' 1 starts singing and dancing

seriously though..have you ever tried it without tv..:)..kids even play games..people strart to talk again..it happened to me and life is sooo different:)..just a thought sarah:)

my tv is always turned off during the day........the kids are then forced to do something else then

yeah no worries terence i just thought that seeing as there's a lot of threads going on about tonights 1hour special that there must be some folk who've had enough hearing about it and wanted to put down their opinions like yourself

Sarah, What's Eastenders???? I only endure it when my daughter's home from Uni LOL I don't know why, but she hates me calling it East dead-enders. maggie

it just makes me laugh, after all sarah as you said there is more to life , but a lot of people find things so depressing, and this is just a laugh after all, dont watch it if you dont like it, 18 years ago when i was first married and didnt get much time to sit chatting to hubby with a small baby who wanted attention every second, so one sunday afternoon when we did have an hour to ourselves ( we lived in germany army quarters and eastenders was only on sundays omnibus for forces tv,) anyway, when i sat down beside him and asked why he wasnt intersted in what i was saying, he told me to wait until after eastenders, i should have realised then that i was a poor second to anything else remotely interesting to him , lol eastenders.....doesnt bother me if its on or off, but id like to give den a pastein im telling you :-)

maybe we should start anti-soap campaign lol i like some of the police dramas tracy

like some of the murder mystery stuff too........how are you tracy
